VIEW CPHC EQUINE CLINIC INFORMATION
The Next Board Meeting will take place on March 11, 2010
6:00 PM at the Lone
Star Steak House in Statesville, NC.
During this meeting we will be confirming
committee organization to include the new sponsorship/marketing, new futurity,
new membership, and new website/face book communication committees.
All interested members wishing to be apart of the new or
an existing committee are invited to attend.
CPHC Membership,
We have had great response to the call for volunteers at the banquet and do not want to wait until the show season to get these volunteers to work. We need volunteers to work with the sponsorship/marketing, futurity and membership committee that will be newly organized this year. I ask that you contact me or persons already listed as interested regards how you can help. I am asking that the new volunteers begin immediately to develop their organizational and fund raising ideas, solicit committee members and plan for a presentation to the board in approval in the March meeting.
Those expressing interest and my understanding of the existing committee structure is as follows. I encourage those expressing interest in the new CPHC Membership, Sponsor/Marketing and Futurity committees to immediately discuss your interest with other members expressing an interest in the same committee. I would be available to anyone wanting to discuss their interest and what is needed from your committee. I invite each of you to our March 11th board meeting and I ask that all plan for a presentation of your committees goals and fund raising to achieve those goals in 2010.
I greatly appreciate the continued assistance of all our existing board and committees members and welcome to offer of assistance from these new volunteers.
